|I am very disappointed in the level of support I have recieved...
It's now very nearly 2 weeks since I bought the software, and I am till unable to install it, and getting zero help from you tech support.
I had one resoponse saying they could not reproduce the problem, and since then, despite more emails, all I get is an automatic email, telling me how much I am appreciated.
Not appreciated enough to actually provide the help though...
What do i have to do to get this damn thing installed? Am I seriously expected to make an international phone call?
Has anyone else on these forums managed to get a response out of tech support? Orget their money back?
